Just WOW!

Wow, those views live up to expectations and then some more. Absolutely stunning! Hands downs, The best villa we have stayed at on our travels and planning to come back again next year! The rustic feels of the original building along with the tasteful interior design touches making this special location become epic. You could either happily relax and stay at the villa all day or have the option for an adventure. There were lots of activities in the area such as wine tasting, truffle hunting, horse riding and exploring nearby towns. We had complete privacy in the villa and by the pool and the facilities were well maintained. Communication was great throughout and Bianca was at hand if we needed any assistance or tips on places to visit. Holidays will never be the same after staying at the villa since they will never match up! Would be back again in a heart beat.

Best Airbnb Experience ever!

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed using AirBnB (and possibly tops the lists of places we have stayed around the world). Having arrived in Spoleto to stay at another villa which was truly awful we were desperate to move ASAP and were hugely fortunate to find Sue’s place which had had a last minute cancellation. The house is utterly stunning: location (views to die for), interior (in every respect), pool and the numerous outdoor places to sit, eat, cook and relax. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and is perfectly located being only 11kms outside Spoleto and a stone’s throw from beautiful Umbrian towns such as Trevi, Montefalco and Spello. We were all extremely sad to leave and are keeping everything crossed that we can book again for next summer. Massive thank you to the wonderful Bianca who manages the property for Sue. She was immensely charming and helpful in every way. Our week at Casa di Led has been magical and we leave fully relaxed and recharged. Thank you Sue.

Wonderful Experience

We had the most wonderful time staying at Sues home in Umbria. Everything about the home, decor, furnishings etc was truly perfect. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The home itself is located high up, which allowed for the most amazing views day and night! Lots of various outdoor seating areas around the property to wine, dine and leisurely lay about. All beautifully decorated I might add! The home is quite large, with plenty of space to spare for us. Every bedroom and bathroom was done to the highest standard without losing a bit of the Italian charm. Pool was fantastic with its own separate table / chairs, grill , fridge, lounge chairs and large soft beach towels. We especially loved the large patio next the the kitchen with table that seats 10! We ate dinner outside with our incredible view almost every evening. And across from it....another seating area with outdoor sofa , chairs and outdoor fireplace. There's even a outdoor pizza oven. Not attached to the home is a studio style bedroom /bathroom with A/C. This was very welcomed as we experienced an unexpected 40 C + temps. If in Umbria again I would definitely stay here! Sue was very helpful and kind in our communications. Thank you Sue! And a big thank you to Bianca who was so helpful, and such a lovely person to take care of our needs & questions from the moment we arrived to our departure! Ciao!

Magnificent!

You're fed up with the trepidation of your life, the constant noise of the city you live in? Head to Sue's house in Campello sum Clitunno (Umbria). You'll enjoy a m-a-g-n-i-f-i-c-e-n-t house still in its jus but with an irresistible luxurious touch. Sue has succeeded to combine her talent to the Italian domestic housing art. I have no words to describe the happiness of family and friends when discovering the secrets of Casa di Led and during the overall stay. Thank you Sue!

Perfect Italian Villa for a holiday with friends

We spent a gorgeous family holiday visiting friends staying at Casa di Led, and the villa is nothing short of perfect for a stay in Italy for a group of friends. Breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside, coupled with stylish decor and comfortable furnishings, it's a fabulous place to take stock and relax. There's a lot to see relatively close on your doorstep, if you feel the need to venture out. Great amenities and extremely well appointed. You will love it!

Umbrian bliss....

We spent a week at Casa di Led, in July - a month would have been better....The house is nestled in a tiny hamlet, with sweeping views across the nearby walled 'castello' to Spoleto and its surrounding valley below and the gorgeous views are 'ever present'. It takes all one's self-discipline not to constantly keep drawing your fellow guests attention to what new views are presented by the changing lights and colours. Sue has recreated the old Umbrian stone house beautifully - every room with its own charm and character. Half a dozen different 'outdoor' living spaces provide a different aspect from which to enjoy the long days. Being quite high up, temperatures are more moderate than in the valley by a good few degrees. We visited half a dozen gorgeous medieval hilltop towns within easy reach and each has its own charm - and flavour. Love Umbria - all you will hear is Italian ...Keep your wits about you on the drive up to the house !Can't wait to be back there...Thank you Sue
