Casa di Led & Casa Olivi
The Property
The property brings together Casa di Led and Casa Olivi, two distinct villas set on one private Umbrian property overlooking the Clitunno Valley.
Casa di Led is a fully restored 17th-century stone villa with an established rental history and international appeal. Casa Olivi, its sister property, was created to complement the original home, offering additional capacity, privacy and flexibility within the same property.
Each villa may be rented individually or together, allowing the property to accommodate a wider range of guest needs, from couples and families to larger group stays. When combined, the property comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it ideal for extended families or group getaways.

The Value of Ownership
One of Umbria’s most exceptional viewpoints
Elevated high above the valley in Campello sul Clitunno, the property enjoys sweeping, protected views across the heart of Umbria, reaching as far as the castle in Spoleto. Often described by guests as “a little piece of heaven.”
Two independent villas, rare flexibility
Enjoy one home privately, host family and friends, or rent one or both villas — offering lifestyle freedom alongside versatile income potential.
Authentic Italian living, beautifully executed
Created by local architect Paule Favre in collaboration with owner and interior designer Sue Lederle, the interiors are warm, timeless and deeply rooted in Umbrian character. Beautifully equipped and thoughtfully detailed, the homes truly allow you to live the Italian dream.
A productive olive grove
Surrounding the villas is an olive grove of over 80 antique olive trees, producing small-batch olive oil and unforgettable evenings under the stars.
Harvest time is a celebrated annual ritual, with the oil pressed locally at Frantoio Carletti, an historic mill in the valley.
A lifestyle investment with enduring appeal
Live like an Italian when you are here — and when you are not, benefit from the strong rental demand and high-quality returns these exceptional homes command.
