Catering
- The villa is self-catering but a list of nearby shops and supermarkets is available on request
- In the basic rental price is access to tea, coffee, sugar and basic spices and ingredients
House Rules
- Check in on day of arrival at 4pm and check out on day of departure latest 11 am unless by special arrangement
- No smoking policy throughout villa
- Strictly no pets allowed
Payment/Cancellation Policy
- Security deposit in the form of a credit card deposit of 500 Eur per stay, to be refunded after checkout
- 50 % deposit on booking and balance 30 days prior to arrival
- Mid stay cleaning service available on request at EUR 50 per 3 hours
- Christmas/New Year period has a surcharge of 15% on the quoted rate
Cancellation Fees:
- > 4 weeks before arrival: 50%
- 2 – 4 weeks before arrival: 75%
- < 2 weeks before arrival: 100%
